The thing wrong with this is that the Disney characters are DRAWINGS. You can't expect to degrade their uniqueness in order to make them fit for another person. It doesn't work, as you see here. Maybe it would look better on your part if you were to simply put pictures of your friends cosplaying as them next to pictures of the character like you have here? THAT's more credible.
